THE ROOMS
In a family environment where calm is reigned, you can experience all the variations of nature every hour of the day and enjoy the warm hospitality of the people who will serve you with great mood.
The magic ingredient for a complete experience of traditional hospitality is the rooms at Orestes House. With particular love we decorated the 7 rooms of the two-storey mansion, giving a different atmosphere to everyone, always maintaining the authentic element of the Zagorian architecture. In 5 of the rooms we kept the old fireplaces while all the rooms are decorated with wood, offering guests a warm experience from the old days.
Room 1
The Room 1 is a double room consisting of two single beds with iron frame and linens that remind a traditional, family atmosphere. The prevailing colors are white, purple and olive green while the soft lighting of the old-style lamps create a calm, gentle mood.

Room 2
The Room 2 is a double room with a double bed. The prevailing colors are white, purple and olive green while the contemporary poster from European exhibition that adorns the wall in the headrest of the bed creates a special binding of the traditional with the modern. The wooden benchin the corner of the room and the handmade pillows, complete the simple decoration.

Room 3
The Room 3 is on the first floor of the second stone-built building. It is a triple room consisting of a double bed and a single one. The fireplace in the middle of the room and the soft long-haired handmade blanket on the floor create an atmosphere of warmth ideal for family holidays.

Room 4
The Room 4 is a triple room consisting of a double bed and a single one. Between the two beds, the fireplace warms the space and the decoration of the room is completed with the traditional utensils and the contemporary poster of Yannis Tsarouchis.

Room 5
Room 5 is located in the main building of the guesthouse and can host up to two people in an old style double bed. The soft colored walls and the simple decor create a romantic atmosphere enhanced by the morning natural light that spreads in the whole room.

Room 6
Room 6 is a 4 adult suite consists of two separate rooms. In the main room there is a double bed and the main bathroom and in the second room there is a single bed. The main feature of the suite is the natural wood that coats the whole room while the old cooking utensils complete the traditional style. The old fireplace has the main role in the secondary room while the decoration of old lamps accompanied by the poster of a European exhibition.

Room 7
Room 7 is the most special room in Oreste’s House. It is a 3 adult suite located on a different level from the others on the same floor. The old kitchen of the stone mansion turned into a beautiful traditional two-room suite with the old fireplace in the corner to be the gathering point for the guests. In the room with the fireplace one person can sleep comfortably on the traditional stone-built bed while in the second room the cozy double bed is ideal for two persons. The wooden floor and ceiling, the stone tiles and the handmade carpets are the main decorative elements of the suite that give a special atmosphere in the room while in the main room with the fireplace, the old stone oven generates images of the past, where the room was the main kitchen of the stone mansion.
